2008 SUMMER EMPLOYMENT
Valley View Lavender Farm is now accepting applications for its’ 2008 summer season.We will be hiring for the following positions:
Field Worker / Lavender Specialist (1) Previous experience desired but not required. Starting part time and working into full time. May through September.
Crafter (1) Part time position May through September.
Harvesters (6) Part time position July through September.

2008 - 5th ANNUAL LAVENDER FESTIVAL
Our 2008 5th annual lavender festival will be held on July 12th and 13th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM both days. Start planning now to come share the beauty of our lavender fields, have a lavender luncheon and enjoy the many events we have planned. A family oriented event with fun for all!
LANDSCAPING LAVENDER
Valley View Lavender Farm now has limited quantities of 7 to 9 year old field plants available for sale as landscaping plants. You dig - $30 each or we dig - $35 each. (We offer no guarantees when you dig.) Call, drop by, or email us for more information and varieties available. These plants still have years of life left in them but have reached the end of their commercial life. For "You dig" you must call to make an appointment to dig mature field grown plants. We suggest that you have your holes prepared then come and dig up your plants. They must be transported by bare root and placed in your prepared holes, same day. Great deal if you do not want to wait 4 years for large plants. (Quantity discount available). We will not ship these plants due to size and shipping charges.

BLOOM REPORT
We have had a major freeze and all of our plants have been pruned and "put to bed" for the winter. Watch here for the 2008 bloom report beginning in early June of 2008.
